"A Wellness Benefit For You and Your Family"

WHO ARE WE?

Family Service Credit Counselling Employee Assistance Program (FSCC-EAP) is an EAP provider located where you are, in your own community and knowledgeable about the resources available in the community.  See www.fscc-eap.ca .  Our provider agencies are accredited and part of a national network of EAP programs across the country with Family Service Employee Assistance Programs (see www.fseap.com ).  We can help your family here at home, away at school or on vacation.  Wherever your need arises, your EAP is just a phone call away.

Through our association with Family Service Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), we offer confidential information, professional counselling and referral service for you and your dependant family members.

The program in designed to provide you with direct access to experienced professionals who will help you resolve your issues, before they affect your health, family life or job performance.

OUR MISSION: We are dedicated to effective, confidential and easily accessed wellness information, counselling and referral services on a voluntary basis for employees and their family members with respect to issues that may be affecting them personally and/or on-the-job. Services provided within the context of a Professional Code of Ethics which ensures that the dignity and decisions of each individual are respected.

Family Service Windsor - Essex County provides EAP services in affiliation with our national network (Family Service Employee Assistance Programs).  In addition we are proud to serve local companies in supplying the wellness needs of their employees through FSCC EAP.  The organizations served represent every sector of the North American marketplace, both private and public, union and non-union, from consumer goods to health care to real estate around the world.

WHY EAP?

Employers who establish this benefit for their employees do so because they believe they have a responsibility to the well-being of their employees.  The program offers confidential assistance to employees and their immediate family members on a broad range of personal and work-related concerns which may affect you or your family.

WHAT ARE THE COSTS?

The Employee Assistance Program is part of your workplace benefit package and as such is fully paid by your employer.

If long term or specialized counselling is required, the counsellor will assist you with a referral to another resource within your community or you may remain with your current counsellor on a fee for service basis, where applicable.  Continuing with your counsellor here at Family Service Windsor - Essex County may be an option as part of our community counselling program.  Your company may already be enrolled.  Ask your human resource professional.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Your privacy is of paramount importance.  No one will know that you have accessed your EAP.
